Problem with softies

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
This is not the first time these softies are hard, I buy at least 2 bags a week. And they don't expire until 2024 I can't use them since my dogs are seniors and have very few teeth dissatisfied.

Unprofessional, incompetent service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
BUYER BEWARE!!! Although sales was wonderful, since then it has been an absolute nightmare I purchased the 2023 Aurora on 12/26/22. The coach was transferred to the service department for a routine QA review and to address any potential issues as expected with a new coach. It was noticed that the refrigerator was loose in its housing and was to be properly secured along with other minor adjustments before delivery. Once delivery was made, I had an opportunity to thoroughly go through all components and discovered the trim around the refrigerator was improperly mounted with several screws that were not properly secured to any backing, the trim was bowed at the bottom, the Trim around the inside of the door was extremely loose, The microwave did not work and a cross member behind the refrigerator was split at the mounting screw. With these minor issues and having had the coach only a few days in my possession I called and returned the coach to be corrected. I returned the coach to blue dog on 1/7/23 and after weeks with no communication from service department I contacted a representative who said the unit was ready for pick up on 2/14/23. On 2/18/23 I arrived to pick up the coach only to discover the coach was not ready for pickup as advised but in fact additional damage had been done to it while in their possession. While completing a walk around of the coach, I discovered the right rear tail light cover on the ground and both tail light assemblies quite loose, minor scratching to the left side window trim and to the right side front edge trim, wiring hanging loose under the coach and the key lock to the outside storage door had been damaged and was not functional. Upon further inspection of the interior work that was supposed to be performed I noted the refrigerator trim was remounted far beyond subpar with the edge screws mounted near the edge of the trim and was told that they were hardly attached to their support (clearly this would become an issue during any reasonable travel causing a failure). Additionally the old screw holes had been filled with wood putty in a very haphazard fashion. It is very concerning having bought a new coach, brought in with 4 relatively minor issues only to discover many more that were not present at the time the coach was dropped off. it certainly raises the question of what else will I find when and if the repairs are ever made or made correctly. My impression with blue dog service thus far is that there is no care or concern given to the property entrusted to the service department. I absolutely believe had I not completed a walk around and observed these issues, they coach would have been returned to me hoping I didnt notice and in a condition less than as purchased. This is not acceptable! Period. I do not think it unreasonable to expect a unit be returned in better condition than when dropped offnot worse! It is now 3/17/23 and the the coach still sits with promise after promise and still no results, no calls, no action, no follow through No Nothing! The level of incompetence is second to none! People to be named in future reviews as this saga continues.

Replacement parts-window

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I have a Delani Dutchman trailer 31 ft long. Broken window caused by wind blowing door open and no device to protect window from door impact. Occurred in May of 2022 and as of today (Feb 2023) I continue to call Blue Dog RV to get ordered part but due to lost invoice and part information needed, Im having to restart at the beginning of part ordering process. Reasons given by staff are staff turnover, many consumers attempting to get parts/warranty work done, and organizational issues. Have done all the consumer actions possible to resolve besides this complaint and seeking legal action. I have not received any level of customer care, standing behind product or any other form of collaboration & assistance. Still have trailer exposed to the elements of weather due to the inability to get any cooperation or product support at any level from Blue Dog RV

Cons:

Preferred solution: Part/window needed to replace the one broken or equitable agreement for continued damaged caused by no part/window.

blue dog RV does not honor its warranty. If they fix it its like a 10 year old fixed it what happened to me as I took it in within the first month to get a few things repaired they had to order parts and they said they would call and they didnt call me for 11 months, but after about six months I start to call them and it was busy busy busy so I came from California back up to Medford and the service representative says well I didnt answer the phone because we dont have enough help., but after about six months I start to call them and it was busy. Busy busy so I came from California back up to Medford and the service representative says well I didnt answer the phone because we dont have enough help now they say my warranty was for one year and now its over a year. I spent almost $100,000 on something that I am not very happy with. And now Ive called was for one year and now its over a year. I spent almost $100,000 on something that I am not very happy with. And now Ive called corporate, and waiting for my call from them.

Horrible !!

Have received ZERO communications from anyone at Blue Dog RV regarding this.

Original review Jul 13, 2022
August in Portland Oregon I bought a brand new 2021 Astoria 2903BH, paid cash. Got totally ripped off on the "Extended Warranty" (If you buy the extended warranty, we come to you!) and the salesman "Dwayne Godfrey" was a ghost as soon as the cash was handed over albeit he "promised to be with me long after the sale". No such thing as "we come to you" BUT here is their advertising flyer: "24/7/365 TECHNICAL AND ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE. Services include towing, flat tire assistance, fluid delivery, jump-starts, lockout service, MOBILE MECHANIC, appointment assistance and more." A flat out lie that cost me $3,800.00 extra on top of the $39,000.00 I paid for the coach. Nothing but problems, a slew of them, and for 11 months have been trying to get these people to fix my coach to which I've been told repeatedly to "bring it into the shop". BEFORE I bought the coach, I told them I was disabled and was going to live in it. If anything was to go wrong I wouldn't be able to bring it to them. That's when the lie started about the extended warranty. Luckily I had 2 family members with me who witnessed it. The service department needs a new name: "Won't Return Your Calls or Emails Department". So it's been 11 months and I : *Have no water. *Leaks in the roof and system. *Have no heat or air conditioning. The AC system turns on BOTH and won't shut down for about 15 minutes after you try to turn it off. *No way to cook. Propane lines have leaked since day one. *Refrigerator and freezer handles broke the first month. No replacements so far. *The rear levelers will not function in hot weather. *Surround sound system has never worked from day one. *Black tank will not drain. Even though there is nothing in my black tank...the on board system says it's 3/4 full. *Fireplace frame is coming out. The ONLY thing that works is electricity. Man, that's a LOT of money ($39,000.00) for 4 walls and electricity. If anyone is interested in a class action lawsuit, contact me!

Horrible customer service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I purchased a 23 foot comfort travel trailer with a dinette slide from the blue dog RV in Redmond Oregon. part of the deal was that they would fix the awning. When we arrive to pick up the trailer the awning was not repaired the camper was not detailed the service rep did not even know if the batteries had been replaced. So we set up another time to come pick up the trailer when that time arrived we went to pick up the trailer and there was damage to the side of the trailer. We pointed it out, they took pictures they said they would send it up to corporate. The The service tech agreed that it was fresh damage. nothing has happened to this day were still trying to get it resolved Ive sent emails Ive made phone calls nothing has happened. They did offer to fix the trailer but with it being a 2005 the decals would not be able to be the same clustered be a bright shiny white new piece of aluminum down the side which would stick out like a sore thumb. They keep telling me that its a used camper. I tell them that its yes a used camper but its my used camper and they damaged it ill never do business with blue dog ever again and I recommend that nobody does business with blue dog. Plus this is not the first horror story Ive heard

Blue Dog Rv - Very poor service and warranty support
Updated by user Feb 23, 2022

After informing the manufacturer of this dealer's poor performance, the Grand Design customer service has partially compensated me for the issues with Las Vegas Blue Dog RV. I would be happy to deal with Grand Design any time in the future, just not with the Blue Dog RV service department. This is a great development in my case since the manufacturer has totally supported their product. Nice Job Grand Design!

Original review Jan 17, 2022
Over a period of 18 months the local dealership misdiagnosed and failed to correct problems with my solar system resulting in my having to pay for a new solar controller, wiring, and installation from an independent dealer after the warranty period had expired. I also was charged diagnostic fees for batteries that were replaced under the manufacturer's warranty. Failure of the dealership to respond to my concerns in a timely manner and ignoring numerous attempts to contact my service advisor. The service department also put a tear in my roof membrane when installing a defective slide seal and did not inform me of this. I noticed this tear when inspecting the roof prior to departure after service, and only then did they repair their damage done to my roof.

Lack of customer service from the service department

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
We purchased the undercoating at the time we paid $72K for our motor home. They lied to our faces about spraying the undercoating & it took 3 times for them to actually do a poor job. WE complained and then found 4 slit holes in our fiberglass shower stall. That took months to get them to fix. They did the yearly maintenance on our super slide which is a requirement, then the slide dug *** through our linoleum. They have had our motor home for 32 days to fix that & no one bothered to call us letting us know the manufacturer didn't send them enough linoleum to do the job! I am completely fed up & as soon as this issue is fixed, we will be selling our motorhome. Oh, and I have left 2 messages for the Service manager and instead of him calling me, he had a sales rep call me. This place is a joke. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

Horrible Finance Department experience in Pasco, Wa

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I cancelled my Service contract and GAP policy on Sept 2, 2021. It took me over 2 weeks to get a response from the Pasco finance dept. to be able to do that. Was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks to see the refund. I called both GAP and Service Contract co 11/16/21 to find out neither has been cancelled. I suspect they were holding off to retain as much as their sales commission as possible at my expense. Every time I call I get a busy signal, he is on the phone, he will call you back, he is out of the office or some other excuse for not taking my call. I never hear back from them...do not buy here....customer service is only a lip service....

Pissed Off

We bought a 2019 Open Range Travel Trailer from Blue Dog RV's in Anderson, CA on September 22, 2021. I was told the RV was $32,000. The day my wife and I came back to finalize the purchase, the price was now $37,000. I should have walked away, but my wife really wanted the trailer. It's been three months since the purchase and I have still not received the permanent license plates. I would NOT recommend Blue Dog RV. They are very untrustworthy.

Very upset customer

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
We purchased our Toy hauler- 2021 Forrest River Wolfpack 2315 1 year ago from Blue Dog RV. The main purpose for getting the RV was for temporary housing while I work 500 mile away from my home for 2 wks each month. Several items were not working over the last 3 months, but we waited for our annual service that goes along with Blue dog warranty. We also purchased an extended warranty. We made an appointment at least 2 months in advance to bring our rv in for the annual service. That was over 1 wk ago. We also had a tire blowout and need body work as a result of that/ We purchased a tire warranty but are being told that the tire blowout is being denied. Anyway Blue dog has had our RV for 10 days and has yet to look at it. We are now ut of the time window for the annual service/warranty. We are very upset and considering legal action. Not sure what we should do next.
